Eligibility Criteria for this Railway Recruitment 2012 project

Age Limit: As on 1st July, 2012 age limit decided for general category candidates is 18 (eighteen) years to 33 (thirty three) years. Upper age relaxation for scheduled cast, scheduled tribe, other backward classes are available under Government of India rules, regulation and guidelines.

Qualification:

Candidates who are applying under Commercial Apprentice, Traffic Apprentice, ECRC, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Assistant Station Master and Traffic Assistant should have certificate of degree from recognised university + diploma in rail transport and management.

Candidates who are applying for Goods guard post required degree from any recognised university.

For Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist position candidates should have any graduation degree + Post Graduation with first and second divisions + computer typing skills of Hindi and English language.

Application fee and application process

Fee: Rs. 60 (Rupee sixty only) application fee for unreserved and general category candidates. For other category candidate like SC/ST/ Women/PH/EXS are exempted for this application fee process.

Candidates who want to pay fee have to make a demand draft (DD) or in the form of Crossed IPO drawn in favour of Assistant Secretary or Secretary or Member Secretary or Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board of concerned RRB.

Application fee and procedure

Fees: Rs 60 is payable in the form of either crossed demand draft at the prime branches of nationalized banks or crossed Indian postal order which is drawn in the favor of Deputy Secretary or Assistant Secretary or Secretary or Chairman or Member secretary of the concerned railway recruitment board. There is a fee exemption for SC/ST, PH, Women, Ex- Servicemen, economically backward classes and minorities.
